The legal basis presented for the privacy policy will be interpreted according to Brazilian law by Law 13.709/2018, in the update of Provisional Measure No. 869/18.


This document is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Central Forum of the District of Poconé is elected as competent to settle any issues that may arise from this document, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
