A 30% deposit is required for booking confirmation which will be guaranteed with the formal acknowledgment of the invoice. Reservation requests made without this are not confirmed

The remaining 70% must be paid within 7 days of check-in for off-peak dates. Consult the conditions applicable in high season periods. With a credit card, up to 3 installments.

In case of rebooking and/or cancellation, the deposit made as a guarantee of the reservation will be used as a credit for future reservation, under the terms of MP 948/2020, recently modified. The validity of using this credit expires at the end of 24 months from the first requested check-in date and will always be subject to room availability. In case of no-show: a fine of 100% of the value of the first night will be charged.

Children are very welcome at Aymara Lodge. We have a crib available and special activities during some commemorative dates.Request your reservation now and check the special schedule for the period, directly with our reservations department.

Light-colored, light-colored clothing, pants, long-sleeved shirt, long socks, comfortable shoes, cap or hat, sunscreen and mosquito repellent. It is good to bring shorts, sandals and also a swimsuit if you want to use the pool. We recommend using binoculars for a better experience inside nature! A good coat is important for those who visit us in June and July, as well as a raincoat for those who visit us during the green season!

In the dry season (between April and October), the climate is generally hot and dry, with temperatures reaching around 38 degrees Celsius in August and September. Occasionally we have cold fronts in this season when the temperature is lower.
